What this website does with data
This website is a static site. We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, marketing tags, or contact forms. We do not place cookies of our own, and the site makes no requests to third-party domains — fonts are served from our own server, not from a font CDN.
The only personal data we process is what you send us directly, plus the server logs described below:
- Email content — when you email
contact@vesper-aero.com, we receive your address, name (if provided), and the content of your message. - Booking data — when you use the “Book a call” link, you’re taken to Google’s Appointment Scheduling service. Any data entered there is collected by Google on our behalf; we receive your name, email, and any details you share when the booking is created.
Server logs
Like any web server, ours records the requests it serves. Two things are worth stating plainly:
- IP addresses are truncated before they are written. The last part of the address is discarded at the web-server layer, so a full visitor IP address is never stored in our logs.
- The logs stay on our own infrastructure. They are shipped to a self-hosted monitoring stack that Vesper operates; no third-party analytics or log-processing service receives them.
What is recorded is the request path, timestamp, HTTP status, response size, referrer and user-agent — used to keep the site available and to find broken links and errors, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Third-party services
The website relies on two Google services. Each may process your data under Google’s own policies:

We use no other third-party trackers, analytics, or marketing services on this website.
Legal basis (GDPR)
- Consent — when you click through to a Google service (booking) or send us an email, you’re initiating a data exchange voluntarily.
- Legitimate interest — retaining business correspondence to serve you, and keeping server logs to operate the site (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Retention
- Emails — retained in Vesper’s Google Workspace mailbox for as long as needed for the business relationship, then archived per our internal retention policy (typically 3 years after last contact, unless legal obligation requires longer).
- Booking data — retained by Google in the Appointment Scheduling account and by Vesper as a calendar entry; the same retention rule applies.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Rectify it if inaccurate
- Erase it (“right to be forgotten”), where applicable
- Restrict processing
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority (CNIL)
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@vesper-aero.com or write to the registered office above. We answer within one month, as GDPR requires.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change what this site does (add analytics, add a form, etc.), we’ll update this page and refresh the “Last updated” date at the top.
